Within the Electronics Division, we are looking for a Microelectronics Technician for our Rome Tiburtina office.
The person will be integrated into the Microwave Lab team in a motivating and interdisciplinary work environment consisting of microwave technicians, engineers, and physicists, interacting with other engineering areas.
The resource will be placed in a laboratory (cleanroom) and will be responsible for chip integration activities in packages, participating in the various phases of the microelectronic assembly process. Specifically, they will deal with:
- dispensing of conductive and dielectric resins;
- positioning and alignment of chips;
- creation of intercon
