At Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C;), we are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Central Team in Milan. The person will join a worldwide unit and will become part of a dynamic and international work environment, with a full-time fixed-term contract with a duration of 12 months.
As a Personal Assistant, the role will be central in providing dedicated support to the GC&C; CEO's first line. The person will be working closely with them, ensuring that their daily operations run smoothly.
Main responsibilities:




- Manage the agenda of the CEO's first line: manage and keep updated agendas and calendars, organize and schedule internal and external meetings, organize business trips;
- Manage purchase requests;
- Manage relations with key stakeholders (suppliers, institutions and business partners) to facilitate the flow of information and the progress of activities and projects;
- Support the organization of big cross-functional/cross-geographical events and meetings;
- Develop and proofread slide decks, reports, minutes and similar documentation;
- Collaborate with other departments to improve business processes and ensure smooth communication;
- Team with other Personal Assistants and provide back-up assistance as needed.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and Italian, additional languages are a plus;
- 5-10 years of Personal Assistant/secretarial experience in international contexts or relevant h
