La risorsa gestirà reportistica e collaborerà con team internazionali. È richiesta ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (C1) e almeno 4 anni di esperienza in ambito legale o controlli interni su tematiche di data protection. Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia e all'estero. The ideal candidate will support the team working on the following activities:




- Report to the Head of Data Protection (who in turn reports to the Chief Compliance Officer)
- Provide advisory support to the business in connection with data protection matters, including opinions on Data Protection Impact Assessments, for all asset management and non-regulated companies falling under the relevant perimeter
- Timely perform DPO monitoring and control activities for all asset management and non-regulated companies falling under the relevant perimeter and drafting the respective operational reports
- Draft the DPO Reports for all asset management and non-regulated companies falling under the relevant perimeter for the senior management and Board of Directors
- Liaise with the Data Protection Officers abroad in relation to data protection related matters regarding any of the asset management foreign entities
- Support global/local projects and initiatives identifying and providing solution for data protection related matters
- Provide support in preparing training i
