The opportunity
We are seeking a Events & Graphic Design Intern to join the Marketing & Communication team in Rome. The team is young, cohesive and highly motivated, covering a wide range of activities across marketing, communication, events and brand development.
The intern will support the team in the development of visual and communication materials, digital content and internal and external communication activities, as well as in the organization of corporate and commercial events. This role offers the opportunity to work on different projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders,
developing both creative and organizational skills.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
Supporting the development of visual and graphic materials for internal and external communication
Creating presentations, infographics, social media assets and other branded materials
Supporting the production and adaptation of content in line with Worldline brand guidelines
Supporting the creation and editing of digital content, including basic video editing
Supporting corporate and commercial events, including materials, logistics and on-site activities
Assisting in the coordination of communication activities and campaigns
Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies, suppliers and partners
Supporting the team in the development of marketing and communication projects
