We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to strengthen our R&D; Mechanical Engineering team.
In this role,
you will act as a subject matter expert, responsible for the design, development and validation of mechanical solutions for elevator systems and components.
You will drive engineering activities from concept through release, provide technical guidance to the team and ensure that solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance, safety and cost efficiency.
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support the growth of junior engineers through mentoring, knowledge sharing and technical coaching.
Milan, Lombardy, Italy (Hybrid: 1 day/week working from home)
