Position Summary
As a Global Account Manager within our Multinational Accounts division, you will drive business growth by exceeding sales targets within regional-headquartered organizations with international subsidiaries. You will lead high-level sales engagements at the senior executive level (CFO, COO, CIO, CHRO, and CEO), collaborating closely with a dedicated bid team and local ADP country partners.
In this role,



you will promote ADP's comprehensive suite of local and global payroll and HR solutions to address complex client needs, while identifying and developing strategic opportunities within Key Accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: ResponsibilitiesDrive our Business Forward
- Execute Strategic Sales: Own a defined geographic territory, managing the entire sales cycle from due diligence and executive presentations to contract closing and implementation handover.
- Master the Pipeline: Proactively manage your pipeline in , ensuring accurate forecasting, contact management, and adherence to ADP's structured sales processes.
- Leverage Insights: Utilize diverse lead sources, including targeted marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, and 3rd-party referrals, to identify and engage high-potential prospects.
- Monitor Performance: Lead regular weekly and monthly reviews of your individual metrics, market performance, and pipeline health to continuously optimize your strategy.
