Create and deliver content to prepare sellers to meet business goals and identify client needs
Use sales metrics to identify effective strategies and quantify impact
Evaluate and deploy new deployment methods for sales enablement
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Global Comms & Corp Marketing to ensure cross-functional support
Experience in sales support, marketing support, commercial operations, or customer-facing coordination
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to organize and interpret data
Excellent written and verbal communication with a service-oriented approach
Ability to work effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities
Experience in medical device, healthcare, distributor, or field support environments would be an advantage
Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and languages relevant to the region would be beneficial
