We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Specialist to join our HQ in Trevignano (TV). Reporting to the Procurement Manager,

the role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the purchasing of indirect goods and services, including facility management, ICT, marketing, travel, and business consultancy. The position combines operational buying with strategic procurement, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier quality, and alignment with corporate goals.
Plan and manage procurement activities for indirect goods and services in line with company programs and budgets.
Negotiate commercial conditions (pricing, delivery, payment terms, SLAs) to maximize efficiency and savings.
Collaborate with internal departments (HR, IT, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to ensure procurement supports business needs.
Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and innovation.
Oversee procurement reporting, budgeting, and KPI tracking for indirect categories.
5–8 years of experience in procurement, preferably within industrial or structured
