We are looking for an HR Data Quality Improvement Intern to join our HR team and support a global project aimed at strengthening the quality and reliability of HR data in SuccessFactors.
In this role, you will help improve data completeness, consistency and accuracy, contributing to more effective HR processes, analytics and decision-making across the organization.
You will work closely with the project team and HR stakeholders to identify data gaps, follow up on corrections and support the timely completion of key activities.
Main Activities:
Support the review and validation of HR data available in SuccessFactors;
Monitor data completeness, consistency and accuracy across the different areas included in the project;
Identify missing, incomplete or inconsistent information and maintain structured records of the issues detected;
Support the follow-up with the relevant HR stakeholders regarding required data reviews and corrections;
Monitor the progress of data remediation activities and provide regular project updates;
