The Role
Integrated within the Compliance team,



the candidate will play a key role in conducting due diligence on counterparties and monitoring regulatory compliance. Main responsibilities include:
- Analyzing sources and documentation for due diligence processes, reconstructing operational supply chains, and verifying compliance with AML and responsible sourcing regulations.
- Applying a logical approach to scenario evaluation, cross-referencing heterogeneous sources to determine risk levels.
- Managing operational interactions with domestic and international clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Monitoring regulatory developments (mining regulations, human rights, ESG, environmental policies) and supporting the update of internal processes.
- Organizing, archiving, and maintaining due diligence documentation to facilitate retrieval and review during internal and external audits.
