Your Role
As a Senior .NET Developer – Technical Lead, you'll be responsible for supporting development teams across the organization, guiding them through technical requirements,
coordination and day-to-day execution. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to structure and deliver work effectively, drive technical training and knowledge sharing, review pull requests and contribute directly to coding and implementation when needed.
A few examples of your responsibilities
- Contribute to coding activities and perform Pull Request reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
- Translate product and business goals into clear technical requirements and implementation guidelines.
- Support Development teams in defining technical approaches and resolving implementation challenges.
- Organize and deliver technical training sessions and knowledge‑sharing activities.
- Coordinate technical activities across Development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Promote and reinforce development standards, best practices, and engineering quality.
