Power Platform & Copilot Governance Specialist
Arthrex is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is actively seeking a Power Platform & Copilot Governance Specialist who works directly with IT, Security, Compliance, Risk, Architecture, and business departments across Arthrex.
The Power Platform & Copilot Governance Specialist will drive the governance, administration, and operational oversight of Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and enterprise Agents. Arthrex's governance program seeks to enable secure, compliant, and scalable adoption of low-code and AI-powered solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives.
As the Power Platform & Copilot Governance Specialist, you will own the governance framework for Apps, Flows, Copilots, and Agents, including policies, standards, lifecycle management, monitoring, reporting, and operational controls.
You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to establish governance processes that balance innovation with security, compliance, and operational excellence. A key focus of this role will be enabling the responsible adoption of enterprise Agents by defining governance standards for security, ownership, data access, compliance, and lifecycle management.
Communication with global departments, technical and non-technical partners, and managers at all levels will be a part of the job. Effectiveness of this communication, the ability to build trusted relationships, and strong organizational and stakeholder management skills will drive your success. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-driven, and passionate about creating structure, transparency, and scalable governance while supporting business enablement and innovation.
