Our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer service has established us as a trusted partner in the global market.Objectives of this RoleThe Machine Shop Supervisor has the following objectives:Monitoring the progress of the production schedule, respecting productivity, the correct application of quality controls and scrap trendDefining and communicating goals and related deadlines to the operators in accordance with the company strategiesIdentifying inefficiencies,
suggesting improvements and solving problemsPromoting the company principles and implementing proceduresFacilitating the onboarding of new associates and their trainingOrganize the workflow and delegate the execution of activities to the Sift LeadersTraining, experience and skillsTechnical high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferres)Previous experience in the role and in machine shops production planningKnowledge of turning and milling processes on CNC machinesKnowledge of technical drawing and the main measuring instruments (gauge, micrometer, etc.)Ability to write reports and technical documentsLeadership and ability to manage time effectivelyProficiency in oral and written English – B2 minimum level
