Our Milan Office is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior QC Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Previous experience in an Inspection QCC role within the Energy industry is essential.
The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Candidate should possess a strong work ethic, be proactive in their approach,
and be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Salary and Performance Incentive:
We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from €30,000 to €40,000 gross, dependent on experience, expertise, and demonstrated capability. In addition, employees have the opportunity to earn an operational premio based on the successful achievement of individual and/or team KPIs, recognising strong performance and contribution to business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling client requests for the provision of quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), engineering, project support, site, and office-based personnel.
Sourcing candidates to match client requirements and, where applicable, preparing candidates for interviews by providing project/commodity-related information.
Liaising with clients on the proposal, interview, selection, and placement of candidates.
Issuing successful candidates wit
