You will join the Human Resources team in our Head Quarter, supporting the HR Business Partner Manager, in managing the whole employee life cycle of different functions at global level.
HR key processes (Salary Review, Budget, Workforce planning, Training Management, Performance Management, Organizational management);
* Full life cycle recruitment and onboarding processes,



supporting job description drafting, candidate management, interview coordination and new hire integration.
* Implementation of people development initiatives, including training plans, career paths, internal mobility and engagement activities.
* Preparing reports, presentations and data analysis on HR topics, helping the team monitor trends, needs and key people-related indicators.
Master’s degree in economics/law/philosophy. Post-Graduate Master in HR management is a plus;
* Fluency in Italian and English.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
