- 34000€The candidate will be working within the IDATA Unit providing support on the analysis and assessment of scientific data relevant to processes in EFSA.
In particular,
the candidate will support the:Extraction, analysis and presentation of scientific data; Creation and maintenance of databases; Integration of data from multiple sourcesDevelopment and optimization of pipelines to automate data validation,transformation and migration; Presentation offindings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and dashboards, oral presentations, or written communications.Essential requirements:Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level); Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Bioinformatics or related fields; At least 1 yearof proven experience in evidence and data collection, management and analysis, including developing and maintaining data processing pipelines; Advanced Pythonprogramming skills; Basic knowledgeof version control systems, e.G.
Git; Experience withstructured / machine-readable data exchange formats such as XML or JSON; Basic know
