You must possess exceptional strategicvision, leadership, and cross-departmental collaboration skills to establish and solidify the company's leadership position in service products within the rapidly evolving energy storage market.Key Responsibilities1.
Strategic Planning & Target Management:Develop and decompose annual/quarterly sales targets, market strategies, and action plans for the assigned team based on the overall corporate strategy.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
such as revenue, collections, gross profit, and market share to ensure the comprehensive achievement of team goals.2.
Key Account & Ecosystem Management:Lead the establishment and maintenance of relationships with strategic key accounts,critical channel partners, and ecosystems.
Personally engage in managing the sales cycle for major projects, resolving complex commercial issues to secure key orders.3.
Market & Product Strategy Alignment:Gain deep insights into market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer service needs within the assigned energy storage service market.
