Senior IT Service Desk Manager Milan / WFH to 70,000Are you an experienced leader within IT Service Management?You could be progressing your career, in an impactful management role as part of a friendly and supportive international team at a growing and hugely successful European car insurance tech company.As the Senior IT Service Desk Manager you will lead and evolve the IT Support function, owning the end-to-end employee technology experience and ensuring every colleague can work efficiently.Managing a team of ten IT professionals, you will be responsible for delivering a high-performing, reliable support operation whilst driving continuous improvement.
