WHO WE LOOK FOR
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Audience Platform team within Ad Products.
In this role, you will own and extend the high-throughput, low-latency backend systems, event-driven architectures, and distributed data pipelines powering 1P, 2P, and 3P audience data for Flipp and Shopfully.
We are looking for a high-autonomy senior contributor who doesn't just write code, but owns production services end-to-end, drives system design decisions, scales core tables running into tens of billions of rows, and leverages cutting-edge AI tools to maximize engineering throughput.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own & Extend the Audience Platform: Architect, build, and scale core backend systems including the Audience API, Audience Kafka Topics, User Profile API, Audience Management UI, and 2P/3P data ingestion infrastructure.
- Drive Integrations & Data Pipelines: Build and maintain high-volume activation platform integrations (e.g., DV360, Braze, TTD) and collaborate on Databricks segmentation pipelines and core data tables running into tens of billions of rows.
- Ensure High Performance & Observability: Design and operate low-latency, high-throughput microservices using Go, gRPC/Protobuf, and REST+OpenAPI, maintaining end-to-end service observability and APM via Datadog and Datadog OnCall.
- Support ML & AI Workstreams: Partner with Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists to support models (IAB Segmentation
