This is a full-time, permanent role based in Milan and we are unable to hire people tempo parziale, or outside of the Milan area for now.
About The RoleWe’re building the clinical co-pilot of the future - empowering clinicians, enhancing care delivery, and scaling impact. As part of our Global Medical Operations team,
you’ll play a pivotal role in rolling out Tandem’s AI clinical operating system to some of the most influential healthcare organisations worldwide.
This is a highly visible, global role where you’ll engage directly with executives, medical leaders, and end-users. You’ll bring clinical insight into how our tools are implemented on the ground - from onboarding new organisations and refining workflows to shaping the product through continuous feedback. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming healthcare delivery, ensuring Tandem becomes an indispensable part of daily patient care for clinicians across the globe.
What You Will Do
- Lead live product demos for prospective clients and support global commercial efforts.
- Design and adapt workflows and templates for diverse markets and large-scale customers.
- Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver smooth rollouts and seamless workflow integration.
- Represent Tandem at international confere
