We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Delivery Lead to lead projects in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing complex initiatives and delivering digital banking solutions and IT transformation programs. Familiarity with core banking migrations, compliance initiatives, CRM platforms and payments solutions would be considered highly appreciated. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. The position calls for a proven track record in the industry, a strong understanding of delivery processes and methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. The Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client relations, and team leadership, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. What you will do:
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Understand client needs and requirements and ensure these are effectively communicated to the delivery team. Regularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the busines
