JOB TITLE: Sales Coordinator - Korean Beauty Brands
Amorepacific is looking for a Sales Coordinator, based in Rome, Italy.
This is a field-based sales and beauty education role focused on managing and growing the performance of a group of retail stores within a specific region. The Sales Coordinator acts as the main brand representative in stores, combining sales, customer beauty consultation, staff training, merchandising, and store relationship management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales & Customer Service
- Visit assigned stores and support sales targets.
- Act as a Beauty Adviser/Brand Representative, providing product consultations and demonstrations.
- Drive sales through customer engagement, product knowledge, and cross-selling.
2. Store Management & Retail Execution
- Ensure products, testers, and promotional materials are well-stocked and displayed according to brand standards.
- Support the execution of product launches and promotions.
- Monitor stock levels, competitors, pricing, and market activities.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
3. Staff Training & Coaching
- Train and coach Beauty Advisers and re
