The Technology Marketing Specialist
The Technology Marketing Specialist is an individual contributor role responsible for supporting product and technology marketing execution across Baker Hughes’ portfolio. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Technology Marketing, this role supports the development of clear positioning, differentiated messaging, and effective go‑to‑market activation for Baker Hughes’ products and services. This role is intended for a growing product marketing professional who works closely with Product Management, Technology, Engineering,
and Commercial teams to translate technical capabilities into market‑ready value propositions. The role also plays an important supporting function in competitor intelligence and benchmarking, monitoring how competitors' position, message, and market comparable offerings to help Baker Hughes sharpen differentiation and measure its marketing effectiveness. The role operates within the Commercial & Technology Marketing (CTM) Center of Experience (CoE), part of the Brand, Marketing and External Communications function, and follows disciplined technology marketing practices.
