We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Full Buy Packaging Intern.
The chosen candidate will be integrated within the R&D; Packaging department focusing mainly Buy and Fully Buy Packaging Industrialization.
Main mission and responsabilities will be trial organization since planning, execution and result analysis with all stakeholder (internal and external) ensuring fact-based approach.
? Your Day-to-day Activities
Implementation of new suppliers for the current technical specifications
Optimization of current technical specifications ensure that all parameters will be listed and measured to avoid production and quality issues
Trial organization and coordination during all process since material order to post trial's results
Validation of packaging used for new project with related method in accord to standard and new methodology
Ensure repeatibility of trial results by basic statistic approach
? Who We’re Looking For
You’re available for a 6-month tempo pieno internship. Starting date: September 2026
You’ll be fluent in Italian and English
You have a Degree in Material Sciences/Mechanical Engineering/Chemistry
You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them
Knowledge of Technical softwares (Autocad or similar) is a plus
