This role requires balancing tactical excellence with strategic insight,leveragingboth technology and human judgment to deliver high-quality employee experiences while driving proactive risk identification and mitigation.
You will be expected to work onsite(s) at an Amazon facility,
supporting multiple site(s)s within your region (campus) with regular mobility across assigned locations.

Foster two-way communication through Voice of the Associate programs, roundtables, and GEMBA walks, drivingtimelyresolutions and strengthening employee-leadership relationships. Execute engagement strategies and recognition programs that measurably enhance employee satisfaction. Build an inclusive environment where employees feel safe to speak up and bring their authentic self to work,establishingEmployee Resource Groups and ensuringequitabletalent practices. Maintain meaningful floor presence across the site(s), building rapport at all levels andidentifyingconcerns before they elevate.
