Position: ACPV is looking for a Business Development Officer to be included in our Business Development team.
The role will involve identifying and managing commercial opportunities aligned with the company’s market positioning strategy. The selected candidate will work in close coordination with internal stakeholders and in synergy with the in-house Tender Office.
The role will include a range of activities such as:
- Researching and monitoring public and private tenders and other business opportunities in line with ACPV’s strategic goals
- Coordinating with the in-house Tender Office, particularly for the management of invited competitions, private tenders, and unsolicited applications
- Completing pre-qualification questionnaires (RFQ/PQQ) and supplier registration forms aimed at generating new business opportunities
- Analyzing and evaluating Requests for Proposals (RFPs, RFQs, etc.) to support the New Business team in meeting deadlines and requirements
- Drafting and assembling technical and financial proposals, including attachments such as references, fee breakdowns, and resource schedules, in coordination with internal stakeholders and external consultants
- Updating Business Development databases (CRM, projects, consultants, contacts)
- Supporting the organization
