Key Responsibilities
Daily Monitoring: Review detected arrhythmia ECG episodes, assess patient compliance, and identify cases of missing data transmission.
Patient Support: Provide direct assistance to patients for technical issues and collaborate with Territory Managers (TMs) to ensure resolution.
Documentation Management: Compile daily reports and document complaints related to patient calls and resolved technical issues.
Hotline Management:
Office Hours: Handle patient hotline inquiries (08:30–13:00 and 14:00–17:30).
After Hours: Participate in nocturnal and weekend shifts on a rotational basis with other members of the Italian Technical Support Team.
Logistics Coordination: Communicate with logistics partners, TMs, and PSRs to org
