Within the Sales Marketing & Commercial Development (SMCD) Function, supports in coordinating the commercial development activities at Group level, providing actionable guidelines based on in-depth market intelligence input.
He supports the spearheading of the commercial development initiatives within the organization. This role involves identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, optimizing revenue streams, and ensuring sustainable growth across various markets. The individual will collaborate with multiple departments, including Sales teams at local level, to align commercial activities with the overall business objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support the Top Management to align commercial strategies with the overall Industrial Plan and the Sustainability Roadmap.
- Support in developing and implementing commercial development activities at Group level to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with the other Sales teams at local level to receive inputs regarding new opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Assist in setting clear commercial targets and track performance against these goals, according to the Industrial plan and the Sustainability Roadmap guidelines.
- Help identifying and develop new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the company's market presence (geographical or business lines).
- Support in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and global Key accounts, partners, and industry influencers.
