We are a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate Sales Manager. This position reports to the Managing Director and will work in Dometic Milan Office.
About the position
As a Sales Manager in the Sales team, you will be involved in driving the growth of our Marinebusiness in the Italian region. The ideal candidate will possess both technical knowledge and a strong commercial aptitude, enabling them to build and nurture relationships with key customers, shipyards, and naval architects. As a Sales manager,
you will be responsible for promoting our marine solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical expertise to both prospective and existing clients.
Your main responsibilities
- Actively pursue new business opportunities with shipyards, and marine project developers within the Italian region
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales, achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and generate business leads
- Provide technical advice and support to clients, helping them choose the best solutions based on their specific vessel requirements and project specifications
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized systems for mari
