Job Description We are looking for a talented person to join our Global CRM & Customer Intelligence team . In this role, you will work alongside a team of experienced professionals, interacting with multiple stakeholders across departments and markets, helping align customer insights with business objectives and supporting decision-making through data-driven analysis.

You'll be in charge of:
Supporting the collection, preparation, and integration of customer data from multiple internal and external sources.
Analyzing customer behavior, identifying segmentation opportunities, and uncovering actionable business insights through data.
Contributing to customer profiling and predictive analytics projects to better understand customer needs and preferences.
Monitoring CRM campaigns and personalized promotions, recommending optimization opportunities based on performance insights.




You are the right person if you:
Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Economics.
Knowledge of SQL, Python or R; experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, international environment.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

6 months internship in our Global Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133.
1000€ as monthly gross reimbursement.
Tempo pieno experience , Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you'll be working with).
