About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to develop new business and grow a profitable customer base across Italy & Frence. This role offers a clear pathway into leadership, providing the opportunity to progress into recruiting, training, and coaching future Sales Representatives.
During your first 12–24 months, you will focus on mastering our sales process, building your territory,
delivering strong sales results, and developing coaching and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Territory Growth
- Develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Build and grow a strong customer base through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Promote premium-value industrial maintenance solutions to B2B customers.
- Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Leadership Development
- Become an expert in the company's sales methodology.
- Demonstrate strong planning, forecasting, and territory management skills.
- Develop mentoring and coaching capabilities alongside experienced leaders.
- Progress into recruiting, training, and coaching new Sales Representatives upon successful completion
