Job Description: Digital Marketer:
About the role

As a Digital Marketer at GraphAware, you'll turn a deep understanding of our product, customers and market into effective, joined-up digital marketing activity.

Working as an individual contributor within the marketing team and directly with our sales team, you'll create campaigns, implement systems, and improve how we attract the right audience, generate high-quality leads, and convert them into customers.

While the role is hands-on, we're looking for someone with the curiosity and commercial awareness to spot opportunities, challenge assumptions, and suggest better ways of doing things. If you see a way to improve how we acquire, nurture or convert leads, you should feel confident proposing it and taking ownership of making it happen.





What You Will Be Doing

Improve organic visibility

Work with our content writer to strengthen our SEO strategy by identifying high-value keyword opportunities, optimising existing content and ensuring new content is structured for search performance. This includes developing topic clusters, conducting keyword research, and running on-page, off-page and technical SEO improvements.

Optimise the marketing lifecycle

Improve how leads move through the funnel from initial conversion through to qualified opportunities and customers. This includes conversion rate optimisation, building and refining nurture workflows, designing segmentation strategies, and managing lifecycle campaigns to maximise the value of every lead generated.

Manage the marketing technology stack

Take responsibility for our marketing technology infrastructure, with HubSpot and WordPress at its core. You'll maintain our website, CRM data qual
