About the Role:
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Other key responsibilities include:
- Setting up, configuring, and installing software in PC computers, notebook computers, printers, and networking equipment
- Supporting videoconferencing with both internal and external sites
- Maintaining an inventory of hardware and providing relocation of PC systems when needed
- Coordinating with other local Technology department members on product installation, training, and support

- Display well-developed and professional interpersonal skills,
with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
- Exhibit knowledge and proficiency in a wide variety of software programs, including Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook), iManage 10, and Litera Compare
- Demonstrate a strong desire and capacity to work in a team environment with a high customer-service focus
- Possess the analytical skills necessary to troubleshoot a variety of symptoms, diagnose problems, test solutions, and recommend and implement resolutions to technology issues
And have:
- Technology support experience in a law firm, professional services, or financial services environment, preferably
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English
- Experience with software installations and upgrades, training, and technical documentation
- Knowledge and proficiency in a wide va
