CO-DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (F/M)

_ Long term contract - ROME or MILAN (Italy)_

Under the supervision of the Head of Project Development you'll Identify and negotiate Co-Development solar and energy storage projects and M&A; opportunities in line with REDEN's strategic direction.

Your main tasks will be:
TO MANAGE DEALS FROM ACQUISITION TO CLOSING
- Identify opportunities (M&A; acquisitions, co-development, sales) and coordinate with development and country manager teams to ensure project feasibility.
- Analyse and calculate economic viabilities.
- Manage due diligence.
- Negotiate and prepare transaction documents
