Activités:
- Production optimization: Assess well performance, propose production optimization actions, and consolidate production KPIs. Analyze production results, coordinate weekly performance reviews, and prepare reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Export & planning coordination: Lead crude oil export planning, manage deviations in product quality, and represent the company in coordination meetings with refining and commercial partners.
- Technical support & troubleshooting: Provide hands-on operational and technical support across oil, gas, water treatment, rotating equipment, and process units. Drive problem solving for process inefficiencies and ensure proper technical interfaces with engineering and technical departments.
