Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed

The main function of a Sterile Operator is to operate sterile manufacturing equipment and execute production activities with precision and compliance. This role supports the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical products in a fast-paced, regulated environment, contributing to global health and safety.

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate sterile manufacturing equipment with precision and care.
- Follow strictly defined procedures to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to implement and meet production schedules.




- Adhere to safety and compliance regulations throughout all activities.
- Handle materials and operate machinery in a controlled, sterile environment.

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with sterile processing techniques.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Understanding of safety and compliance standards.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
