Nakupuna Companies is seeking an Intermediate Aviation Analyst to join our team of talented consultants providing professional services to Commander, Naval Air Force Atlantic in support of Aviation Support Departments (ASDs), aviation squadrons, ships and Department of Defense activities in the Atlantic region. This individual shall perform supply support and miscellaneous clerical work to support the organization and provide Supply program functions.

- Perform the following tasks related to completing individual transactions, providing customer assistance, screening reference files, outstanding requisitions to improve delivery dates, review stock record cards, requisition as necessary, obtaining data searches, and distributing output files
- Monitor and maintain the accountability programs for the command in an automated data processing system ensuring consistency and appropriate cross-referencing for all data entered
- Review and/or audit all property accountable documents for accuracy of data and regulatory compliance by performing a variety of transactions requiring the addition or deletion of non-expendable and durable property items
- Perform changes during specified requirements of data from files, vendors, and other records for specialized and/or unique equipment used throughout the command, updating Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP), Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS) and other databases as required with information provided by analysts or higher-level technicians
