Sales Specialist - Electric Motors

Company: Dayou Tech

We are a professional manufacturer of industrial electric motors in China, now expanding our business in Italy. We are looking for a local sales specialist based in Italy to develop the Italian market and build long-term partnerships with local industrial clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage existing customer relationships, provide quotations, and follow up on projects.
- Promote our product range, deliver technical and commercial proposals, and close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry demand in Italy.
- Cooperate with our headquarters for product, logistics, and technical support.

Requirements:
- Currently residing in Italy.
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Proven sales experience in electric motors, industrial components,



or related fields.
- Familiarity with the Italian industrial market and customer network is a strong plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and result-oriented mindset.
- Willing to travel within Italy.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
