Leidos is seeking a highly motivated and skilled PC Refresh Technician to join our team and support the Naval Enterprise Network (NEN) OCONUS portion of the NGEN-R Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) Contract. This exciting opportunity is in Naples, Italy, where you will contribute to the End User Hardware as a Service (EUHWaaS) task order in the Far East.

What You'll Get to Do:
- Support the deployment of new hardware as a service devices (desktops, laptops, peripherals) as part of the EUHWaaS task order. This includes system imaging, software installation, configuration, and data migration.
- Maintain detailed records of the refresh process in remedy tickets, adhering to all work instructions for ticket management.
- Complete break-fix actions for EUHW devices, adhering to all work instructions and documenting work in remedy tickets.
