Job Summary
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, analysis, and rehabilitation of bridge structures (steel, concrete, composite).- Perform structural assessments, load rating, and inspections in compliance with relevant standards and codes.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout all project phases.- Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and technical reports.- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations,
safety standards, and best practices.- Support project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client engagement.- Build, lead, and manage high-performing bridge engineering teams, including recruitment, mentoring, and performance development.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural specialization preferred).- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in bridge engineering.- Strong knowledge of international design codes (e.g., Eurocodes, AASHTO, or equivalent).- Demonstrated experience in bridge design, inspection, assessment, and rehabilitation projects.- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., MIDAS, SAP2000, CSI Bridge, or similar).- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong comm
