Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Planning Implementation
- Define and oversee key objectives, establish a detailed calendar, and structure weekly goals in collaboration with Marketing BI Officer, Giacomo Di Pietro.
- Manage scholarships and incentive programs through the use of automation tools.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders to validate monthly goal plans.
- Configure monthly KPIs and ensure timely updates to the MICROSOFT DYNAMICS platform.

2. Daily KPI Reporting
- Ensure visibility of key performance indicators (KPIs) for sellers.
- Develop and implement enhanced KPI tracking for the sales funnel.
- Oversee task assignments and generate corresponding reports, with a focus on critical master metrics.
- Deliver critical and master KPI reports.
- Conduct weekly meetings with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to present solutions based on KPI analysis, such as data entry discipline and template adjustments.
3. MICROSOFT DYNAMICS Platform Management
- Lead initiatives to improve the functionality and management of the MICROSOFT DYNAMICS platform, both locally and with head office in Barcelona (BCN).
- Conduct benchmarking against peer institutions to ensure best practices.
5. Technological Onboarding
- Oversee and coordinate the onboarding of new technological tools and systems for the Sales Team.
- Manage the technological onboarding process for new hires, focusing on optimizing user experience.
6. Annual Training Plan Monitoring
- Hold regular meetings with Ryan Ashbaugh and Ema Di Petrillo to ensure alignment on training objectives.
- Measure the effectiveness of training sessions post-completion using tools such as Microsoft Surveys and other analytics.
7. Transversal Business Development
- Participate in Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and sales-related discovery initiatives to support the Sales Team.
- Evaluate training session outcomes using analytics and benchmarking data from peer institutions.
