We are looking for a Programmatic Manager to join our Digital Acquisition Team.
Reporting to the Online Acquisition Senior Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to plan, execute and optimise the Programmatic activity. You will help define the right channel, partners and budget mix to meet business objectives, drive efficiency, and support the grow of the digital acquisition.
You will also identify new opportunities, develop test-and-learn plans, and continuously optimise campaigns against agreed benchmarks.
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with platform partners, creative teams and agencies to ensure innovative, effective and efficient campaigns execution.
What you’ll do:
- Set up, manage and optimize Programmatic Adv Campaigns, ensuring alignment with acquisition objectives.
- Run performance campaigns.
- Drive continuous campaign adjustment by identifying new opportunities in order to optimize the CPA and to increase the number of new customers.
- Deliver against a range of KPIs (CPA, Payback, reach, frequency, incremental lift) providing clear reporting and actionable insights.
- Monitor performance daily and make confident, data-led optimisation decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deep performance analysis.
