What you’ll do
- Monitor the market by collecting and analysing Voice of Customer insights (internal and external), assessing competitors, and identifying key IoT/Smart Home and digital trends.
- Work with Connectivity R&D; and Electronics teams to translate requirements into valuable digital features, contributing to backlog prioritization and refinement.
- Support go to market activities through documentation, training content, and “train-the-trainer” initiatives.
- Monitor and report IoT services performance through defined KPIs, enabling effective management and continuous improvement of the overall connected services portfolio.
