Your role
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer Internship who will:
Main responsibilities:
- Preventative/Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM): design and refine maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): lead investigations into equipment failures and implement permanent technical solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Life Cycle Management: evaluate the "health" of machinery and provide recommendations for overhauls, upgrades, or replacements.
- Troubleshooting skills: support for maintenance technicians on complex electrical, mechanical, or automation (PLC) issues.
- Project Management: oversee capital projects (CAPEX), including the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
