To strengthen our team, we are looking for aHR Supervisor in our plant in Yambol.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily HR Operations activities, including Recruitment, HR Administration, Employee Relations, and Employee Services.
- Supervise and develop the HR Operations team, ensuring effective workload distribution, performance, and service delivery.
- Oversee blue-collar recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning,



and employee development activities to support business needs.
- Ensure compliance of HR processes with labor legislation, company policies, internal procedures, and GDPR requirements.
- Manage employment documentation, personnel records, organizational changes, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Support employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and organizational change initiatives.
- Monitor HR KPIs and operational performance, driving continuous improvement and process standardization.
- Ensure accurate HR reporting, document control, audit readiness, and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate communication with external authorities and support inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Promote employee engagement, operational excellence, and adherence to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Support HR projects and act as a deputy for the HR Operations Man
