Territory Customer Support Manager
John Deere Italy is looking for a Territory Customer Support Manager to join the Aftermarket & Customer Support & Training department. The selected candidate will help ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the life cycle of John Deere products, supporting the dealer network in skill development, adoption of digital solutions and growth of after-sales business. Working closely with dealers and internal stakeholders, the role will be key to improving customer experience, developing organizational capabilities and implementing John Deere strategic initiatives.
Main responsibilities
- Managing Customer Support activities with the dealer network
- Supporting dealers in developing competencies and organizational capabilities in Aftermarket
- Promoting adoption of connectivity, digitalization and Connected Support
- Being the point of reference for Customer Experience initiatives and customer satisfaction improvements
- Analyzing post-sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Delivering training,
coaching and consultancy on products, services, processes and strategic initiatives aimed at growing the post-sales business
- Supporting the implementation of John Deere projects and programs within the dealer network
- Building strong collaboration with dealers and internal stakeholders
- Operating in accordance with John Deere values, ethics and policies
Essential requirements
- Fluent Italian and English
- Ability to work autonomously and organize own activities
- Strong communication, collaboration and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel in the territory
- Understanding economic and commercial dynamics of customers and dealers
Preferred
- Experience in agriculture or agricultural machinery
- Knowledge of Customer Experience Management principles
- Experience in dealer development, after-sales services or technical-commercial support
- Interest in digital innovation and connectivity so
