SALES MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers , developing business opportunities in the target industry
- Understand customer needs and propose customized solutions that meet their strategic and operational objectives
- Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead qualification to solution presentation to contract negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure the best value proposition
- Develop long-term relationships with key customers, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
- Contribute to corporate brand positioning through business activities and participation in industry events
- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring performance in line with the company’s business plan

Requirements
- Proven experience in selling software solutions with a particular focus on the ERP world




- Background or in-depth knowledge of Fashion, Retail and Luxury industries welcome
- Strong business development skills and goal orientation
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and business negotiation management skills
- Organizational autonomy and proactive spirit in proposing solutions to customers
- Willingness to travel domestically
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to the client
