We are looking for a Junior Creative Content & Communication Support to help us develop and execute Gondolina’s creative communication across social media, digital platforms, events, partnerships and brand projects.

You will work closely with the founders and the marketing team, supporting the creation of content that strengthens Gondolina’s image and helps communicate the brand internationally.

We are looking for someone who brings ideas, takes initiative,



pays attention to every detail and is willing to support the team wherever needed.

Support the creation of content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, newsletters and other digital channels.
* Help develop creative concepts for campaigns, launches, events and collaborations.
* Create and adapt written and visual content aligned with Gondolina’s brand identity.
* Support photo and video shoots, from preparation to execution.
* Assist with content calendars, scheduling and publishing.
* Write captions, presentations, newsletters and communication materials in English.
* Help cover events, partnerships and brand experiences in real time.
* Research trends, formats, creators and new communication opportunities.
* Support influencer, PR and partnership activities.
* Organise creative files, assets, presentations and brand materials.
