Responsibilities
- Development and optimization of technical training programs, as well as the creation of training materials and the definition of learning objectives
- Planning and conducting theoretical and practical training sessions for operating and maintenance personnel
- Teaching knowledge related to system operation, maintenance, fault analysis, and repair of complex technical systems
- Close collaboration with Engineering, Service, Project Management, and Sales, as well as support with proposals and presentations

Qualifications
- Completed technical training and an additional qualification in training, adult education, or technical documentation
- Several years of professional experience in conducting technical training and instructing operating personnel
- Strong communication and presentation skills




- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- A military background and associated knowledge of military standards and regulations are desirable
