The great things you will do
Back Office Area
Coordinate, supervise, and audit the work of the cleaning company, ensuring Líbere standards and task completion times are met to avoid delays for customer check‐ins.
Identify and address potential maintenance issues, ensuring they are reported and resolved promptly.
Oversee and track pending operational or maintenance issues to guarantee swift resolutions, either through internal staff or by coordinating with external companies.
Administrative Area
Manage stock orders and requests, ensuring every site is fully supplied with the necessary items and products for operations.
Safeguard lost and found items.
Review and submit supplier invoices for payment.
Handle purchases and request quotes.
Manage and control laundry and amenities orders required for daily operations.
Customer Service Area
The customer is at the heart of all operations. Working in the same building, we are responsible for making their experience unforgettable. A happy customer is sure to return :)
Customer Service (in person, online, by phone): Welcome guests and assist them with whatever they need—check‐in, city information, use of spaces, etc.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Operations team and the guest
